Privacy policy

This policy is a working draft. It sets out what this website does with your information today, but it is not yet complete: the registered data controller, ICO registration, retention periods and data subject request route are still to be confirmed. It will be finalised before launch.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and an optional description of your campaign.

Alongside that we record which page you enquired from and which button you used, so that whoever replies knows what you were reading. That is information about the website, not about you, and it is never combined with anything else to identify you.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site at present. If that changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked before anything is set on your device.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal with prices and availability. That is the only purpose. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries are sent to our team by email and recorded in our customer relationship management system so that whoever picks the enquiry up has the full brief.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active commercial relationship, and for a defined period afterwards. The exact retention period will be stated here once confirmed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to us processing it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
